First Glance

"First Glance" is actually a three-part evaluation service.

Before we meet with you, our staff will research your company using your marketing materials, through interviews with current clients, and through traditional business information sources (such as Hoover's).

Once we have a completed dossier, we meet with you and some of your key staff to get more information about your goods and services, and to better understand how your company operates. We'll also ask you to explain what you like and dislike about your company, and where you would like to see your company go.

Lastly, we'll assemble a team, and conduct an internal review of our findings. Our creative solutions staff will create an assessment and formal set of recommendations for you, and deliver it to you for your review.

At that point, you're free to read our work, and determine whether you would like to hire us to help you. The recommendations are yours to do with as you will, but we're so sure you'll be impressed by what we have to say we're confident you'll want to hire us right away.

A very simple way to determine if a first glance would be helpful to you is to call one of your key business partners (a distributor, printer, ad agency, etc.) and ask them what you do. Tell them to state your key products or services, and ask them to tell you how you're different from your competitors.

Walk down to a random water bubbler, and do the same thing with an employee you don't speak with often.
